A 20-page working plan your team can use to run the migration yourselves: the official export procedure, data mapping, phase-by-phase task tables with owners and sign-off, a risk register and an honest look at where Pipedrive fits. Built by Evolve, Elite Pipedrive Partners.
Try PipedriveExtended 30-day trial. Pipedrive is Zendesk's recommended CRM replacement for Zendesk Sell.
Every phase has an objective, a task table with an owner column and a done box, and exit criteria you tick before the next phase starts.
Zendesk's official account export and smart-list export procedures, including the quirks the documentation mentions but nobody explains: the 30-day download window, admin-only permissions, Parent Company fields and the Company ID trap.
Audit and data-risk review, export, Pipedrive design, test migration, cutover, and training and adoption. A roles table, a timeline with your dates, and a decisions log.
Every Zendesk Sell object mapped to its Pipedrive equivalent, twelve named risks with controls and owners, and the one sequencing rule that stops teams losing everything.
All three come straight from Zendesk's official retirement notice.
Zendesk Sell and the Zendesk Sell mobile app are retired on 31 August 2027. You keep full access until then, but there's no new development and no new feature requests.
Zendesk deletes all Zendesk Sell data on 31 August 2027 or when your subscription ends, whichever comes first. Cancel early and your data goes early.
Zendesk names Pipedrive as the replacement: "a market-leading sales CRM solution with a well-established Zendesk integration", with migration tools built for the move.

Pipedrive is the sales CRM Zendesk itself recommends, and for the teams Zendesk Sell served it is usually the right default. The plan also sets out where it is not.
Full access. No credit card required. Same price as buying direct, with Evolve on hand when you want us.
Many teams run the whole migration internally from the plan. Others bring Evolve in for the parts that carry the most risk. Tell us which you need when you start your trial.
Use the plan as your project document: assign the roles, agree the dates, work the phases in order and sign each one off.

"Evolve always finds a way to make things work the way we want, because they understand Pipedrive so thoroughly."Zoe Brandt, Marketing Director, Affinity Group
No. The plan is written so a project lead and a CRM administrator can run the migration themselves. Evolve is there for the parts you'd rather not carry: data rescue, the Pipedrive build, and adoption.
No. Only Zendesk Sell and its mobile app are being retired. Zendesk Support, Guide and Chat continue, and Pipedrive connects to Zendesk Support through its native, free, two-way integration.
You can export leads, contacts, deals, notes, tasks, account data and the Total Sales report as CSV, plus smart lists separately. Emails, call logs, activity history, appointments and documents are not exportable and need API work before switch-off. The plan explains how to decide whether that matters to you.
Two to four weeks for a standard setup, plus cleanup, testing and training either side. The practical deadline is spring 2027, not August, and earlier if your subscription renews first.
Yes. Data is deleted at subscription end if that comes before 31 August 2027. Never cancel before your migration is verified. The plan makes cancellation the very last task.
Same product, same price, full access, no credit card. The difference is that Evolve is on hand to set it up around your Zendesk Sell pipelines rather than a blank account.
Nothing. The plan is free.
