Our delivery team takes you through the journey with precision, considering every detail of your business process and individual use case.The process is defined by 5 pre-defined sprints of work but the content is completely tailored to your organisation.
Through consultation, we will discuss your sales workflow from marketing to delivery and turn this into a detailed flow diagram in order to map out how your tech stack can be optimised for the best efficiency and results.

We will detail each action and step in these processes along with which integrations, templates and automations can be used to save time and increase effectiveness. This flow diagram then gives us a single hymn sheet and a solid foundation for getting to work on building the system.

We will then translate your workflow into Pipedrive, setting up your inbound lead sources, pipeline stages, activities, custom fields and templates. This promotes consistency in the sales approach across your team and results in good data capture for later reporting.

Data is King. In this step, we’ll migrate all your existing contact data. Our team are experts at mapping data from your existing tech into the new one so that no data is lost and the architecture of the new data structure is optimal to allow for the smooth running of the CRM.

Once the system is in the optimum state and we’ve checked it off with you, we’ll get the team trained to understand all the bits that matter to them.Training is tailored to the individuals whether they be board-level, managers or team members.

As the system beds in and becomes ‘business as usual’ you’ll have more questions and queries, changes and amends. This is normal and we’ll be on hand to make sure your questions are answered quickly and effectively by our team of pipedrive experts.
